At Zuyd, we focus on developing and applying knowledge within professional practice. We invest in 4 key themes: Healthy and Just Society, Valuable Neighbourhoods, Circular Production, and Future-Proof Business. 

Through our specialised knowledge centres, we bring together students, lecturers, researchers, professionals, businesses, institutions, and government bodies to collaborate on each theme. We connect partners from both inside and outside the region. Together, through knowledge development and innovation, we address current challenges in the region. In doing so, we fulfil our role within the region and contribute to the advancement of Limburg.
